The R Property Network Terms and Conditions
DEFINITIONS
"Us"
R Property Ltd, and any part of the R Property Network.
"Customer"
Means an end user who has registered on www.r-property.co.uk
"Account"
Means the Customer details including any property details the customer has registered with us.
"Property Activation"
The process where a Property is activated and is then published to the R Property Network of websites.
TERMS
1. Responsibility for accuracy and currency of property information:
R Property Ltd makes no representation as to the accuracy or currency of the information contained within the R property network of websites. The property details content is the sole responsibility of the owner or agent of the property displayed. R Property Ltd has not confirmed the currency or accuracy thereof and accordingly holidaymakers are strongly recommended to make their own investigations into the authenticity of any information supplied. R Property Ltd are in no way liable for any inaccuracies or misleading statements made in the information provided by the owner or agent of properties on the website.2. Use of the site:
A condition of your continued use of this site is that you agree not to use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions or by other applicable laws and regulations. Your continued use of the site also signifies that you indemnify R Property Ltd from any loss or damage or costs in connection with any breach of theses conditions or any other legal obligation by you and your use of, or conduct on the site.
3. Copyright authorities:
R Property Ltd shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic material supplied and claims copyright to the electronic pages and images of the photographic material supplied by the advertisers. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the photographic material supplied and has ownership of copyright or has authority from the copyright owner to grant R Property Ltd permission to use the material. The advertiser indemnifies R Property Ltd against any action brought by breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser. R Property Ltd cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.
4. Copyright protection:
Material and software on these sites is copyright protected. Other than using it for your own personal use the material may not otherwise be used or copied without the prior written approval of R Property Ltd or the body who listed that information on the sites.
5. Website design and layout:
R Property Ltd reserves the right to determine the final design layout of the website, including the right to edit copy, or amend layouts or photographs supplied. R Property Ltd also reserves the right, to amend and edit copy entered into the online database by advertisers. R Property Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss, or damage, resulting from the design, or positioning, of the properties, or changes made to the photographs and copy submitted by the customer.
6. Liability:
R Property Ltd does not warrant that the operation of the website will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event shall R Property Ltd become liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused, on any theory of liability, including but not limited to product liability.
7. Privacy:
R Property Ltd treats the personal information of site users with the utmost respect and confidentiality and takes reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and accurately. Your personal information will never be provided to any third party for their marketing or promotional use.
8. Termination of a property page:
If R Property Ltd receives substantiated complaints from any number of site users about a specific Property Page misrepresenting the property, or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove the Property Page without notice, and retain payment. If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the online database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, R Property Ltd reserves the right to remove the associated Property Page(s) from the website. Full payment will be retained. R Property Ltd reserves the right to refuse any Property Page from its website that it considers unsuitable, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing. If advertisers wish to have their Property Page removed from the website before the end of their subscription, this will be done as soon as we receive formal notice from the subscriber by email or using the 'Contact Us' page, quoting their owner ID or home number and password. No refunds will be given.
9. Changes to pricing and conditions:
R Property Ltd reserves the right to change the rates and conditions without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for new advertisers and upon renewal for existing advertisers.
10. Payment and Refund Terms:
Payment is for a 12 month period and is not refundable. The 12 month period starts from the point of 'property activation'. A thirty day payment grace is then given.
If payment is not received with this 30 days the property will be deactivated from the R Property Network and the customer will be contacted via email.
Customers will be contacted 30 days prior to the 'renewal date' of the 12 month contract'.
11. Transactions Currency:
All payments to R Property Ltd are in UK Sterling.
12. Cancellation Terms:
Accounts may be cancelled at any time.

Our relationship with you and any contract between us is subject to English law.
By registering with R Property Ltd you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts if there is ever a dispute between us.
This contract and all other communications will be written in English..
