What is the R Property Network?

The R Property Network is a suite of FREE websites aimed at advertising Privately owned Holiday property to rent direct from the owner.

Search Engines and the Web.

85% of web users use Search Engines (SEs) to find content on the web, getting websites listed high in the search engine rankings has become an IT trade, and the top agenda for every owner of some web content.
SEs constantly change the algorithms that rank a website, this is to stop unethical web masters using techniques to spook the SEs, commonly known as 'Spamming'.
The basic rule of Search Engine Promotion (SEO) is "Content is King" and making sure that the content you put on your website is visible to the Search Engines.
Content is the subject on your website, what you are talking about, how much you are talking about it.

The Network.

By creating a network of websites instead of one single website means that each individual site can be tailored to a certain type of web user, and built to rank highly for that subject in the SEs results.
Currently aprox 10 websites growing to aprox 60 websites, the R Property Network is aimed at the Property owner who wants to advertise their property all over the web.

The Sites.

Each country has it's own website E.g. Spanish-Holiday-Property.co.uk . these are the generic websites aimed at the general holiday market. Each site contains details of the countries regions, how to get there, car hire and travel insurance. Along side the country websites is a growing suite of websites geared at activity based holidays, Golf, Walking, Fishing etc. These websites concentrate on the activities in each country, E.g. diy-golf-holidays.co.uk contains a region by region listings of Golf courses, along with private rental accommodation in that region, how to get there, car hire and travel insurance.
Of course not every country has every activity and some activities are more defined than others so each DIY Holiday site is uniquely built to accommodate it's activity.

The Users.

The growth of Budget Airlines and no-frills European flights has fuelled the market for Independent holidays. The trend started in the United States with Southwest Airlines, spread to Europe with the launch of Ryanair and easyJet and is now gaining a foothold in Asia and Australia. Flying is no longer the preserve of the rich – since 1960, fares have reduced by about 70 percent in real terms. Millions who never believed they could afford air travel are now booking seats on the Internet, printing out their own e-tickets and buying snacks on board from casually dressed attendants.
A “Been There, Done That” lifestyle is emerging, also known as the Boredom Boom. Research is finding that up to 70 percent of leisure travellers say they would prefer to visit a place they have never been before. Travellers are getting more adventurous. Adventure travel is booming, with a growing number of tourists wanting more than a sightseeing experience. This includes adventure activities like whitewater rafting, scuba diving and mountain biking.
